Let him out/walk later at night. He left it at the door which means he knows he needed out, that's good. My rescue dog has to be outside around 10 every night, literally. If she doesn't, there will be a gift for me at the door in the morning lol.

Everyone has limitations, they're just different for everyone. I'm a disabled vet as well, non-combat related, but I still had to deal with the limitations, and accept the fact that sometimes I have to work within certain limitations to be at peace with myself. I still have a damaged vertebrae, my feet still ache like hell…

I stop eating as well. I have had trouble hitting my macros, but doubling up on protein shakes, protein rich foods has helped. If I were to intentionally go over, it would be with another protein shake.

It is. I'm fairly strong for my size, but I get shakey as heck, horrible coordination and balance here. It looks like you've got a decent handle on that.
