I just found out about Halo Top ice cream. You get it at Whole Foods, but it may be stocked elsewhere. You can also buy it online from the company. One entire pint (4 of the 1/2 cup servings), costs you 240 calories. I like it. Expensive but with to stock it for "binge" moments.

When I tried a fitbit, it was wildly inaccurate on calorie burn. Machine and fitbit matched heartrate. For 30 minutes, elliptical had me at 360 calories. The fitbit had me at 450. I drink only a lot of water at work. At home, I have water for when I'm reaally thirsty. If I'm wanting something "better" with a meal, I do a 12oz of Dr Pepper as long as I have the calories to spare. Sometimes I drink orange juice and grape juice.

Watch your urine. If it's very light yellow - almost water looking, then you're hydrated. If it's a darker yellow, then you need more. I just have a 32 oz water bottle. I drink two of them a day.

I can, for the most part, walk on the treadmill. However, if I could just walk to get what I wanted, then I wouldn't even bother with a gym membership. I'd just walk around the neighborhood parks (especially since it's hard enough as it is getting my exercise and my dog's exercise in).

As long as you eat a low calorie dinner, you shouldn't gain. It's okay to occasionally eat maintenance calories. Just plug maintenance in the calculator and see how many calories you can have to stay at your current weight.

I was confused why it would affect anything, but then I remembered that most other women actually have menstrual cramps. I just have never had them. For media use only for the gym, I just use some LG wireless ones. Great for being active and them not falling out of my ears. (They're the weird ones that have a plastic headband looking thing that sits on the neck with the ear buds coming out of the ends)
