Are you talking about protein specifically? I've read that protein should be .6 to 1 g per pound; however, I also came across an article saying that it should be per pound of LEAN body mass. So you'd have to figure out what your lean body mass is minus your body fat %. Personally, I'm just trying to stick to .6-1 g/pound…
