I work out with a trainer twice a week in the morning. Strength training mixed with cardio - it keeps me strong and mostly injury free. How about you?

I've been on MFP for a few years now and I feel like when I'm on it and tracking, I do great. Then I get overconfident and figure I don't need it and start to backslide. This fall I'm feeling good, both with tracking and with exercise. Hoping to accomplish some good stuff over here!
