I feel you. I have to go to a camp this summer and I'm terrified about having to wear a bathing suit. I've also gained about 50lbs. Over a few years. It is easy to feel rewppy bad about yourself but you've gotta find a motivation point. Feel free to add me.

I understand how you feel. I don't watch what I eat and I don't workout. It really does help to be accountable for your actions with weight loss. Maybe we could start a workout schedule for every week.

Im a dancer and I preform a lot. I'm hoping to loose weight so I look and feel more confident when dancing or just at the store. Its hard to find people who motivate you. I'm hoping we could motivate each other to have a more healthy and happy lifestyle. :) (ADD ME!)
