  • My biggest struggle with Keto is the willpower. I cheated and had a Chocolate lol. But even when it comes to exercise I just give in way too quickly...
  • I'm 8 days into Keto ( technically 4 now, I cheated and ate a chocolate bar... ) I've lost about 7 LBs now and still a long way to go. I've done pretty well with it. I just miss bread soooooo much lol
