I need to lose about 40lbs. I'm slowly trying to lose 1-2lbs a week, mostly by eating better. I walk 30 minutes when I can. My biggest issue is stress eating at work. You can add me.

I'm back again. We went out of town to relatives this past weekend, so no exercising. My 15 year old and I went for a walk after we got home late Sunday afternoon. I've walked Monday & today, so I feel good about that. Another good walking week & I'll start watching calories as well.

Desk job here. I try to get up & walk several times a day. I'm on the 2nd floor so I always take the stairs. I'm just getting back into good habits, so I'm trying to stay away from snacks but everyone seems to think they need to be on the credenza between a coworker & my desk. If I keep stress low, I avoid that.

This week has been a decent start. I exercised Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. I'm taking a break today. My body needs it both physically & mentally. Yesterday was a mentally challenging day at work. I'm gonna give this group a whirl. I successfully lost 30 lbs a few years ago & gained 50 in the last 2. It's affecting my health so I need some motivation to exercise. Yes, I stress eat. I really need to start exercising again & then I can look at losing that 50. Here we go......
