I am 62, have severe spinal stenosis and am on disability. I have done low carb in the past with success. It has been the only way for me to lose weight. I need to lose 25lbs and need an accountability partner.

Early waking and insomnia are classic menopause symptoms. I too was a night owl. Now I usually wake up by at least 5:30.
