I'm happy you can't fathom that thinking. I wouldn't wish eating disorders on anyone. For many people Carbs cause urges to overeat (binge). Just the way it is for SOME people.

C25K and don't be afraid to repeat a week..let your body adapt. It seems like Cardio can Improve quicker than your muscles and tendons. Injury prevention when starting out is paramount. Nothing worse than having to stop completely.

I wanted my body used to running often so I ran 6 days a week..but my easy days were VERY easy. Very comfortable Walk/jogs at first. Not recommending it, that's just what I wanted.
