Did 30 min on rowing machine for exercise! Calories- no Tracking- no It’s so hard for me to not have all the yummy leftovers and sweet treats from Christmas! I do plan to get rid of whatever is left come the new year. Until then, I’m just kind of enjoying myself :O

12/17 yes x3! 20 min weight based strength training My Aunt makes calendars every year for everyone in the family with everyone’s birthdays, anniversaries, days of remembrance for family members who have passed away, and of course holidays. That is my calendar every year and I love it!

Yes x3 For exercise I did 20 minutes of random exercises, weights, stairs, etc. Even just these little exercises every day are giving me muscle soreness, feels good!

Yes x3! For exercise, I almost ran out of time! I almost forgot! I’ve been so busy today with my 4-week-old baby and trying to nap when she naps! But I knocked it out! Ran up and down the stairs and did lunges, squats, crunches, etc. for 25 minutes! And feeling better for it ☺️ Good job everyone!
