Yes x3 today! Tracked everything, under my calories, and took a nice walk with my baby in stroller :) still kind of resting my body after running a half-marathon on Saturday, but tomorrow I plan on getting back into my normal exercise routine! :) Good job everyone!!

Ok so this is embarrassing but I’m going to have to use a pass day for the first day in May!!! I know this isn’t looking good, but I feel really positive and hopeful for this month :) I spent much my day with an old, dear friend. We caught up over drinks and dinner, and I really don’t regret going over on my calories today…

Hello all! I’m a 26 yo nurse and new momma of a 6-month-old little girl :) I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight but want to lose like 30 more pounds. I’ve done UAC in the past and loved it! April was an off month for me for various reasons... but I’m happy to be back!

2/28 Had pass days the last couple days as I was not feeling well and my almost 4-month old is teething, 2 little teeth popping up from the bottom! Those 2 tiny things have caused us all a lot of grief! :) But back to it today, yes x3 with 30 minutes weights and rowing machine! Ready for March, winner’s circle I’m coming…
