Happy First Day!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I did the stair master for 15 minutes and then walked on a treadmill for 26 minutes at an incline.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I stayed under and did not consume back any exercise calories today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep! Including the four dark Hershey kisses at the end of the day to appease my sweet tooth.

Ok so this is embarrassing but I’m going to have to use a pass day for the first day in May!!! I know this isn’t looking good, but I feel really positive and hopeful for this month
I spent much my day with an old, dear friend. We caught up over drinks and dinner, and I really don’t regret going over on my calories today with her (even though I know I would have still had a good time had I eaten more moderately). Oh well, no regrets! Onward and upward!

Yes 3x. I made it to the gym! TaDa! Arms & rower. I really like the rowing machine. And I walked 3 miles later in the evening.
