Yes to all today! On vacation, I’d love to say that I stay within my calorie budget, but traditionally on vacations while I do stay very active, I usually go way overboard with food and drinks! I haven’t been on a vacation in a few years but plan on going somewhere this year - I’m hoping to stay accountable as I have goals…

Exercise yes! Calories under! Tracked everything! NSV - not sure if this counts, but I am just SO MUCH HAPPIER than before when I was over eating and not exercising. I have been making time every day to exercise - which with a new baby is hard to do! But it is so worth it! I feel so good. I’m so used to going to bed…
