I have lost 19.5lbs in 3 weeks doing pyramids (weights) I found that was the best thing for me and I'm still losing weight. Try doing it 5 days for 45 mins and eating what your BMR is. Starting weight 258 Now 238.5

Ok so I'm going to increase my calories as well as my cardio and weights. And also aim for 2lbs each week from this point on. Heigt-5'9" Weight- 248 Goal-180 Thank you to the people that responded.
