Thank you all. I know I need to change my thinking. I've made great progress with food now I need to do it with activity. There are a few nurses I work with that are incredibly active and I would like to join them but I need to get ready for that first.

Sometimes we all need someone to tell us to keep going and stay on track. Self motivation is good but that little nagging voice in the back of our heads can get the best of us. A different perspective can be enough to shut his little mouth up.

It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong. Perhaps with your workouts you're seeing an increase in muscle weight while you're losing fat. How are your clothes fitting? Your doing what you need to do, try not to let the scale knock you off your momentum.

Don't let your sliding back define you. I find that often when I make bad choices the guilt kicks in followed by the feeling of defeat and I let it all go and fall back into old habits.
