  • I'm a night shift nurse. I work 7p-7a mostly but do have the occasional meetings that are only dayshift thrown in the mix too. When working I average 6-7 hours of sleep. It is hard to get all the protein in & meals in when I'm flip flopping shifts but otherwise it's not too bad. I'm down 27 pounds over the past 3 months.
