I've been doing 5am swimming for about 6 years and I wouldn't change it. Really sets me up for the rest of the day. I'm glad I found this. SW: 76kgs (167) CW:73kgs (160) GW:65kgs (143) I'm not very much concerned about how much I would weight, and its coming off slowly as I'm working on strength and muscle building. Doing 1200-1300cal/day and 3 hours swimming (drills)/week.
