New to this challenge. I’m 65 and I’ve aiming for walking 4 miles, 3 times a week. I then weight lift alternate days. So far I’ve lost 4 pounds in 4 weeks. It’s slow going but that’s the point. It’s not a race. I’m going for lifestyle changes here. Well everyone have a good evening

Meal planning is critical if I am going to meet my goals. But I also agree with what someone else said here - a positive attitude and exercise. I'm not going to beat myself up because I ate potato chips or had ice cream. I log it and move on. Have a great day everyone.
