Trader joes makes a 100 calorie chocolate bar. It's a pretty decent size for 100 calories! I found them on the shelves above the frozen food section. They make them in milk and dark chocolate :) Also Fiber One 90 calorie brownies are awesome and taste pretty rich, given they're not expected to be anything special.

Apple cinnamon rice cakes with peanut butter, made into a little rice cake sandwich. 195 calories, and you've got the carbs, protein, sugar, fat, and salt to crush any sort of craving you might have. Bonus points for an extra shake of cinnamon on the peanut butter :)

Yeah, I lost 250 pounds from my life..... HIM! That was mean.... but I really needed his extra weight off of me so that I can actually lose weight.
