I track everything and if I'm not sure I choose the option with the highest calories just in case when recording things. If i eat a tictac, I log it. I stopped drinking caffine. I don't have a metabolism. Most days I don't even wanna eat over 500 calories. When I'm traveling for work it's a hassle trying to not go over in one meal. I like the idea of IF. I'm going to do my own research.

I work nights in an office at a desk, lucky to get 6 hours of sleep so I'm usually tired. I use alot of previously posted tricks. Walk around the office, park farthest spot away, walk kids to school.
