  • Well I love my job. I love to travel. I like meeting new people. I sit a lot and on the road I work a lot but overall I don't stress about work. I like the V8 Splash I think it is, it has fruit. But regular V8, eee. I like baby carrots. I love cucumber too but hate the peel. I love eating salads but only with ranch…
  • Ok. I've made a list of things I need so I can eat healthy foods while on the road. Since I travel often and never know what kind of hotel I'll be staying in, what ammenities they will provide, I'll need- Scale Peeler Cutting board Large cooler Spoon Fork Knife Tupperware Then all I have to do is buy groceries, yogurts,…
  • I haven't just come out of the gate. I've been trying to lose weight actively for about 3 years now. When I started I was 180 lbs. I had a different job and worked out every day at the gym. A few things have changed and i gained back what i had lost plus some (40lbs). I rarely drink anything but water. I eat the…
  • When I don't see results fast I get frustrated too. Don't give up ok. We can do this. This app is so helpful. There are lots of people here who have great ideas.
  • Ok. Good feedback. As for having better options for food here, not really. I've scoured google. I picked up some snacks and grapes at Walmart last night. Since hurricane Mathew hit half the resteruants are closed still. I don't like deli meat sandwiches and that's about as healthy as it gets (Subway type places). I will…
  • I just want to eat like a normal person. Realisticly, I'm not going to "work out". I'm tired, I have to many other things to do, and I'm often in pain from a bad back. I can try to move every hour, get at least 10000 steps a day and make healthier choices when I eat. That's all I got time for. My diet has to match my…
  • No. I don't.
  • I have worked nights most my life. I really don't mind it, plus we avoid child care costs this way. One day I hope to get promoted and be on 1st shift. When my kids are older. I love responding with State Farm Catastrophe Team. I pretty much love my job all around. I bought a fitbit last month and have been keeping track…
  • Oh i forgot to answer, I'm 5'5" and 210 lbs
  • I track everything and if I'm not sure I choose the option with the highest calories just in case when recording things. If i eat a tictac, I log it. I stopped drinking caffine. I go with bottled water 90% of the time. My Dr put me on a pre diabetic diet once, 60 carbs per meal/snack. I died. I can't cut carbs. I'm to…
  • I don't have a metabolism. Most days I don't even wanna eat over 500 calories. When I'm traveling for work it's a hassle trying to not go over in one meal. I like the idea of IF. I'm going to do my own research.
  • Thank you everybody!
  • Half mypost didn't show up, anyways, i have a mini fridge and microwave. How do i eat healthy?
  • I work nights in an office at a desk, lucky to get 6 hours of sleep so I'm usually tired. I use alot of previously posted tricks. Walk around the office, park farthest spot away, walk kids to school.
  • Invite sent
  • Yea mine didn't really synch up for a couple days, then it started showing my steps.
  • I think the most important thing is to log your food. Stay within the calories alotted for that day. I also work nights and am a mom. I homeschool my oldest, well my mom does most of it thankfully, and my daughter goes to public school but has type 1 diabetes. So im usually lucky to get 6 hours of sleep a day. I'm to tired…
  • Thank you all very much for the tips. I'm going to look into implementing these ideas. I just grilled chicken, cut it up, and made salads for work for the next 3 nights. They are mixed and sealed in Tupperware now :) I think I'm liking this meal prep day. I'm going to google the fasting thing, since I fast unintentionally…
  • Not usually but i dont usually eat enough. I log food just so i can complete my daily log even when i don't actually eat it lol. Now if i drive by steak n shake on my way to work I'm good to go.

  • Hello! I'm new here myself. I've never tried WW. But my Dr suggested a prediabetic diet of 60g of carbs per meal. I tried that and felt like i was starving. Like, i want to lose weight and get fit but not if i have to starve. My biggest problem is i dont eat enough and when i do eat it's the wrong things. It makes it very…
