I've always heard that your body can't digest whole flaxseed.. It just passes through your system and you really don't get any benefit from it. You have to use ground flaxseed so that you can get the health benefits.. Has anyone else heard that ?

Reducing sodium, and sugar ... There is so much hidden in everything these days... If I can add a third, it would definitely be alcohol. I really need to reduce my drinking..
