At the risk of sounding like a cliché, time heals. Mourning the loss of a loved one is tough. I know I've mourned the loss of a love. While it feels like the end of the world, it isn't. I'd recommend reading The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F, by Mark Mason. Humorous, but excellent read about living - really living.

Never seen the outtakes, but it's one of my favorite scenes. Used it at Best Buy after reserving an item and then they didn't have it when I got there. The kid behind the counter was too young to get the reference.

You see, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Taking part in Toronto's Holly Jolly Fun Run this morning ... it's 5k preceeding the Santa Claus parade. Second 5k in 2 months ... got a 10k goal/race I'm registered for in May 2017.

I tend to drink a protein shake within an hour of working out. I've read you should eat within that one hour period.
