130ish to lose. Anyone with 100ish to lose, feel free to add me!

Toledo here. Any Ohioans feel free to add me. I’ve been a lurker and a wallflower and haven’t made any MFP friends yet.

No doughnuts for me. But I’m having a pint of Halo Top!

766 calories is a MEAL....not a whole day of eating. Eat food!

1200 seems awful low. I’d starve. I have 130-140 to lose and I’m losing steadily at 1750-1900 per day.

I plan to save this method for when I hit a plateau. Right now, 1750-1850 daily calories is causing steady losses.

You are still 44 down! Keep going. I’m looking to lose over 100 (130-140), 7.2 down so far. Feel free to add me.

Protein powder Eggs Greek yogurt (no added sugar)

Watch “Betting on Zero” on Netflix. Exposes the Herbalife company for the scam it is. If you want a protein powder for breakfast, there are far better ones out there that cost less.

Stay hydrated. Get plenty of fiber. Combine protein/fat/carbs for your snacks and meals to increase satiation. Not eating a filling breakfast seems to be setting you up for hunger later in the day.

I’ve eaten a lot of pickles and sugar free jello to stave off hunger since starting. I also do better when I space my food out well throughout the day.

I second the G Hughes brand. I just made pulled BBQ chicken with this BBQ sauce plus fat free Italian dressing plus worschestshire sauce.

Don’t follow any diet now that you wouldn’t for life.

I like their knock off triscuits, protein granola bars, light string cheese, and they have some great steamable grain/veggie blends.

I check their websites to see if they have nutrition info. If not, I pick a similar meal from another restaurant, log it, and move on.
