Thank goodness it's not just me. I thought I was going to seriously die. And I had to take like 3 5 second breaks. Not cool. Hoping my strength and endurance improves!

Just did level 2 day 1. Now I remember why my stomach flattened out after doing level 2 before. Wowza. Also I'm terrible at the last circuit.
-
You totally will! About day 4 or 5 it becomes...not easy but manageable!
-
I start level 2 today. Yippee! I remember the last time I did level 2 was when I started to really see a major change in my gut. Wondering what the scale is doing for people. I lost 10.4lbs and noticed a .4 gain last week. I can see my body changing but the gain was a tad annoying. My diet is on point so I know it's not…

Awesome! It's seriously motivating to see this! Well done! You're definitely a LOT more toned and your tummy is flat! Awesome!

Lol. "Serial starter". Love it. I'm finishing level 1 today but it's going to take me a few weeks to complete level 2 because I'm going to do it twice. Just had a look at level 3. Those jump lunges look CRAY! Eek! Happy Monday y'all!

Day 9, level 1 complete. Nice to have so many shred buddies on here!
-
Level 1. Day 8. Going to take Sunday off so I'll finish level 1 on Monday.
-
Thank you! That will definitely work!
-
High intensity interval training. I think? Well done!

Same here. Level 1. Day 7. Should have been day 8 but the day got away from me yesterday and I missed it. I took photos after just the first 5 days and could already see some change so I'm quite happy to continue!

I didn't buy it, I just watch it on youtube. All three of the levels are on there. [/quote] Is the third level on there? I've never found it but haven't looked for a bit.
-
Did you take before photos? Very cool and way to go! I'm thinking I may do level 2 and 3 twice. Turn it into the 50 day shred!
-
And I will add that aside from all the other main benefits of exercise, it also boosts confidence and simply makes you feel better all around. So it's definitely worth doing some!

Good for you for starting back up! Your babies will thank you as you and they get older! I would start with walking. This app can track steps so take your phone with you and start by walking 3,000 steps and increase it by a thousand each day until you're at 10,000 (or more). But the PP is correct, losing weight is like 85%…

I'm on day 6 level one. I've only ever made it and finished level 2. Really want to get to level 3. I know this is meant for a quick inches lost type thing but I use it as an everyday workout because I have two young kids, a house, a husband and a business to run so 20 minutes for a full body workout that kicks my *kitten*…

Amazing! We have very similar body types. I'm 5'2" and currently 218lbs. Started at 240lbs. You look soooo good and healthy. Beautiful and inspiring!

Seriously amazeballs!!

Seriously inspirational. I hope you feel empowered by posting it and I also hope you can see the major difference especially in your waist! So awesome! Thank you for sharing!

Amazing! Can see your legs are more toned too. Awesome!

That's amazing! Congrats and SO inspiring!

Just started the shred yesterday! Looking forward to seeing some results. I've also cut out sugar and I'm only eating 20 net carbs a day (with one cheat day a week).

I just started this week. I weighed in Monday at 228lbs. I am also a mother of two (a 2 year old and a 4 year old). I run a cleaning business and I found the weight creeping back up over the summer. Would like to get down to 170!
