I'm not entirely sure what DOMS are but what I do know is that if you never get sore then your training like a little *kitten*. Either that or you're doing crossfit.

You're not training hard enough if you don't get sore the next day or 2.... or 3.

Lol I shower once a week whether I need it or not... No but seriously I work outside and sweat all day and I MIGHT wash my hair once a week. My hair just looks way you better if I don't wash it. Plus it's way easier to make it into a certain style if I don't wash it. And I never use conditioner

I'm 23 looking to lose most of my body fat, 5-10 more lbs, and then add muscle. I work outside and am always sweating so losing weight is no problem, but getting motivated to actually workout is hard.

I tried running before and it's not for me. I'm in decent shape and can run at least a mile before stopping, but then I feel terrible the next day. So I usually don't try it again for a while
