My goal is to reach 175, but I might go lower to hit a fitness goal. Right now I have 73 lbs to go. I break mine down into 25 lb goals so the whole thing does not seem so unattainable!

Can I ask what was the best way that you found to increase those things? Did you use a specific supplement? I think that is what I'm struggling with now.

You honestly may have been cutting to many calories and walking more only increased your need for food. Therefore, I would probably say that your body thinks you are starving and is holding onto those calories? I'm not a doctor, but from everything that I've read... that could be the case!
