OK, so my scales arrived today and I am officially 296.6 lbs So........ let's see how the moth goes. My old scales recorded me at over 300, I'm preferring my shiny new scales :)

Joining in. Day 1. I will define LNS as anythign I eat past 10pm as that is my 'go to' time...... as in its time to go to the cupboards or fridge or whatever. If I can stop that it'll be a great thing.

On a big timescale I want to be able to donate a portion of my liver. On a smaller scale I want to fit into clothes from any shop I walk into. On a basic scale I want to make my children proud. Oh, and i want to sit on a garden chair and not fear it collapsing underneath me

Today, at 11 I ate a little scrambled egg, half an avocado, some pumpernickel bread and a slice of fresh mango. And it was good! Thank you. Onwards we go

Excellent Thank yu all. Yes, it's about changing my mindset. I'm going to plan 'late breakfast' and eat what I usually plan for lunch and simply move the days eating. I am also going to look at some of the food suggestions
