Bill I suggest you get a fitbit or another type of activity device. I'm 53 and walk 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. I also do yoga in the truck and use a resistance band that acts like a rowing machine. You can walk at truck stops. The main thing is not be embarrassed. I would worry about what the other drivers thought…
