  • One whole egg has around 185mg of cholesterol and only about 5g of fat. My goal for cholesterol intake is 300mg so, unfortunately, eating large amounts of whole eggs would put me way over my limit.
  • I'll usually eat egg whites, chicken, pasta, fruits and different kinds of nuts. It's just been getting kind of repetitive and I wanted to see if anyone had any unique recipes to add some variety to my meals.
