I haven't found a way to adjust either. I wind up just deleting the "exercise" from my log. :(

How about bacon wrapped chicken with some broccoli (or other veg for a side)? Just cut the chicken into 2 oz strips, season, and wrap with bacon. Bake it at 400 for 30-35 mins. Easy. every 2 pieces should be about 340 calories. My 4 year old helped me make this the other night, he wrapped the bacon around the chicken.
