So I just didn't even bother logging Christmas and yesterday. Remember the fudge my mother wasn't supposed to make...yeah she did. I am known for just trashing food and treats when they get too much to handle although that might be hard to do with a family in the house. But you were able to handle baking the cookies; I know you can handle the rest :-)

I logged and I was 13 calories over. doh. But I'm at 1200 calories so it's not easy. I did manage to get to spin. one step at a time I guess.

I loathe strength training. It's boring. I know I should do it. But I find it extremely intimidating to do at the gym. I think a lot of women feel that way, frankly. This is especially true when the weigh training side of the gym is exclusively men- at least it is at my gym. I'm generally not intimidated very often either.

So yesterday was a disaster, but I did log it all this morning. Today I'm going to try to eat a healthy lunch and dinner. It's very stressful at work right now so food serves as a source of comfort.

I've logged so far. I log after I eat because I can see what I actually ate and adjust. For me, it would be too easy to log beforehand and then not account for what I did eat. I don't really watch macros. I focus mainly on calories and I generally try to keep an eye on sugar.
