I've been here awhile and love it! Anyone can add me. I log daily and have an open food journal. Sometimes it helps to see what works for others and it keeps up accountable. I won't be critical, but if you ask a question I'll answer as best I can. Just a supportive friend if you need one.

This works better for me. It's more flexible as far as what you eat. I'm seeing faster results now watching my macros and lifting weights than I ever did on ww.

That can be a challenge, but I would suggest prepackaged veggies to snack on between times and fruit. As much as possible I try to know where I'm going to eat and look up their munu. I pre-log those meals when I can to not draw attention to myself trying to figure it out. Lots of water of course. Happy travels!

Agreed! You get in the best shape of your life, for you. I would do it without him, if after 8 years he makes you feel like you have to compete for his affection. Your time and attention would be better spent elsewhere.

Much if not all of that could very easily be water weight. I can do that in one salty weekend, then drink lots of water, eat right and lose it again in a day or two. I did not always eat breakfast. I do now faithfully. I have found that for me I lose weight better when I do and have more control over what I eat. I don't always eat immediately depending on how early I am up, but by at least mid morning I have at least a protein smoothie or egg white sandwich. Find what works for you and…

Hormones and salt can make a big difference in your weight. Drink lots of water and I would change some of your eating as well if you are eating junk. Love peanut butter! Pb2 in my smoothies is what I do most days to boost my protein and save calories and still get my fix. There is no substitute for the real thing on my apples or bananas though. Pb2 is just not the same on that stuff. I just count the calories and leave room for the regular stuff outside of my smoothies.

Had a great day and enjoyed this view tonight hiking up to a lookout point over LA! Beautiful! Beach day tomorrow should be fun too! My diet is not ideal while on vacation, but doing what I can to be within reason.

Weights are a great way to go. I would keep logging and staying in your calories, but maybe focus on weights and body sculpting. It will all catch up.

My food diary is open and you are welcome to add me. Really I would also recommend looking for friends with open diaries and check them out. I have gotten more than one idea from friends. I keep mine pretty simple and love my protein smoothies and egg white omlets.
