I just threw up a little!

What a nice guy! I agree with getting extra activity. I would swap the lunch sandwich for a nice lettuce wrap or salad, eat a nice dinner as planned. If needed eat a smaller portion. Or just count it as a cheat meal and plan out the rest of the week.

These are so good you might want to skip them! Could be addicting! Lol

Good luck on reaching those goals! You're in a great place to make that happen!

This, don't jump to conclusions, but try to settle it. Get fit for you. Whether he is or isn't shouldn't determine that.

Add modifications if you need to. Your form is important to avoid injury. You will still get stronger. Remember that if you hurt yourself you are not going to be able to do it at all. However I would keep going because for me finishing what I start is gratifying. Motivation will come and go. Let determination drive you.

I have an open diary. Feel free to add me.

Well said. When life hits you in the face, swing back! Get up and go again!

I always try to actually check their walls and send a message to see if they really are inactive. I have one friend that posts workouts regularly but my list says he has not been active in months. I am inspired by others, but know not everyone is the same. Sometimes all that people need to be inspired is just to see others…

Definitely a great place to start. You first take a good look at where you are. Remember that every step in the right direction is a reason to feel good. Don't think of it as a diet, but a lifestyle. You can then decide what changes you can live with and begin adjusting as you can. Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to do…

I'm here both to get fit and encourage others. It's your page. I typically only delete people that are not active, post drama, or here for other reasons. You don't owe anyone an explanation, I would only say something to someone I regularly interact with. Otherwise not needed.

Missouri USA! How are you? You are from a beautiful place I one day hope to visit! Many of you are. Love the diversity here.

Love lifting! I've seen my body transform since I started. I still am not to my goal, but on my way. Love learning from others that know more than I do as well as sharing what's working for me. Feel free to add me.

Are you cutting for a competition?

Definitely this! Your goals really determine what you need to do. We all have different goals and needs. Then I would say, find something you enjoy to reach your goals. Personally I love weightlifting, so that's perfect for me. Maybe you would enjoy kettle bells, or machines vs. free weights. Maybe aerobics with resistance…

It isn't rude. I generally accept requests if they aren't creepy. I'm here to work on my fitness. I have great friends here that do the same and support each other. I just delete anyone that posts a lot of drama, is not active, or is here for other reasons. It's your news feed.

44 here! Feel free to add me! I log in daily and have an open journal.

That would be so much fun!

Feel free to friend me if you want. Not sure what your goals are, but happy to help you and encourage you in any way I can. I have an open journal and you are welcome to see what works for me.

I have found way more great people on here than not.

Frankly, you aren't obligated to tell anyone your weight. I don't. I've heard it said that there are two things a lady never tells, her weight and her age. I'm only half a lady. I'm 44 and proud to be the healthiest I can be. My weight is no one's business.
-
I love it all. I alternate between the two. It's a great workout! Love the resistance options. You can squat down a bit and feel it more in the rear too.
-
Open diary and I'm here everyday! Love to make new friends.

Anyone can add me. I'm here everyday and have an open journal. Glad to help any way I can. Love it here!

Invitation sent. I have an open journal and am happy to support anyone that needs it.

I log in everyday and have an open journal so feel free to add me. I don't post here daily, but love checking in to see everyone's progress and what's working for others in my age group. I'm still lifting my weights and getting in my cardio. Love it! Results are addictive and I'm loving the changes I'm making!

Set up reminders on your phone to log. Plan your day ahead. Don't eat until it's in there. This is how you meet your goals.

Anyone is welcome to add me. I'm 44 and have about 25 left to go. Always love to share ideas.
