Dansko and Abeo make really good (altho spendy) orthotics, including sneakers. But I have had my best luck with inserts I found at Walgreens called Tri-Balance, (and I have tried quite a few!) https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-men's-tri-balance-gel-orthotic-inserts-8-12/ID=prod6188307-product[img

I work crazy hours, 10pm - 6am 3 nights a week, then a 16 hour shift on Saturday/Sunday and then Monday through Friday I work a different job 9am to 1pm. So I do the same as Elphie754 and do it midnight to midnight. Otherwise it's too confusing.

I work 10pm - 6am 3 nights a week, then a double - 10pm - 2pm (16 hours) on the last day. I've found it very hard as well to figure out how best to track what I eat, as it switches hours on my nights off, as it does for you it sounds like. I have chosen to go with midnight to midnight, it seems to be working for me.

I quit smoking 8 years ago. What helped me was chewing sugar free gum. I needed something to replace the oral part of it. The hardest part for me I think was breaking the ritual of it all; not wanting one after certain moments (ie. eating, waking up, coffee, driving, sex etc.) I still 8 years later miss it, and I think I…
