Yes, and I think the mental exhaustion is why I keep quitting. Not so much feeling deprived, just get tired of having to be so everloving vigilant all the time.

WW veteran here too, until I realized that if WW online was successful for me, then I had achieved self-accountability, and I really didn't need them. I could use MFP for free. Doesn't really matter if you count points or count calories - just know what your target is and stay under it.

I switched a couple of months ago, because of the money. I realized that if I were successfully doing online only, I was being self-accountable and didn't need to pay them any longer. I did both for a week and then cut the cord to WW. I really like the flexibility of MFP - things like pizza were far too pointy to be able…
