Hi! For me waking up is not an issue, my problem starts at 10pm and lasts until I fall asleep. Right now I've found it helpful drinking warm (herbal) tea or motivating by thoughts of reporting here. I know that at some point it will be a habit and i need to "fight" it for a month. Hope that some of that will help you too!…

Hello fellow-hungry-people! I'm so proud of myself - was hungry, ate 2 mandarines and only then I remrmbered that I wasn't suppose to eat so late and there it stopped :-) I made dinner for tomorrow and didn't even taste it :-) So-so proud, yet hungry in bed ;-) Me 4 :-) LNS 1

same for me - none bites work better than 1. It usually starts with giving up, taking 1 bite or 1 healthy snack (raw veggie or fruit) & before I even notice, the fridge is empty :-I

Guys, how do you fight those binges and urges? I don't have problems with over-eating nor snacking throughout the day, I eat BIG dinner around 6:30pm, then soneting else at 7:45pm to be sure that I'm not hungry later, but starting from 11:30 I'm gone - I wanna eat, eat, eat. Otherwise I can't even fall asleep till very…
