I joined "say no to late night snacking" challenge in MFP. Some additional motivation. Actually I'm good from Monday to Thursday now, but still struggling on weekend nights. Yet, 4 out of 7 nights is better than 0 out of 7 o:) Trying to overcome weekend late night snacking as well

Weekend is coming, which is the hardest for me. Snacking all the time, incl LNS. How do you cope on weekends? Is it just as easy/ hard as on usual days and nights? It's the same for me: limitations in protein leads to starvation. Yesterday I almost died :D decided to allow myself spaghetti with ketchup for dinner and couple of hours later it was really-really-really hard not to snack. This time I won Me 6 :) LNS 3

IMHO it's up to you to draw the line, e.g. I don't want to snack after supper, which is, due to work, usually at 6-7PM. Should I work late and eat supper @ 9PM, I do not consider it as LNS (in case planned supper is enough and no extras are eaten)
