Sometimes, your body just takes time out. Just keep doing what you are doing and your body will soon get back to work. I just had 4 days of no change what so ever

It's been an incredibly hot and dry summer in this part of Australia and we are in desperate need of a cool change with rain. Unfortunately, that's not on the horizon just yet. Every long hot dry days can get you down if there has been no change in ages

Every evening, before bed. I know it's when the body is at it's heaviest, but it's a regular time for me and should I see any amount of weight loss, as little as that maybe, I can go to bed feeling good for myself.
