I was able to walk behind my husbands chair at the table without sucking in and squeezing by and not having to ask him to scoot in. It was an amazing feeling.

My husband just worries I'm not getting enough to eat or enough nutrients in my food. I refused to eat banana the other day mostly cause I just really hate them but also they are way too sweet now. Sometimes he seems more worried than when I didn't eat any veggies at all...lol

Starting weight around 230 Current weight 219 Goal weight anywhere between 110-130. I just want to be healthy. I'm 23 and 5' with narrow bone structure. Been doing low carb for almost 2 weeks and have noticed a lot of good changes. I'm so excited to see where this journey takes me.

I am doing low carb and I'm about 11 days in and have dropped 11 lbs in that time although some is water weight. I have also lost a couple inches all over so it's definitely working. Only lost 8lbs so far but my waist and back already look much slimmer. Lost a minute amount in thighs and chest. My chest has always been big so I doubt I will lose a ton there.

This thread is so great. We decided to go on a low carb diet about a week ago. It's a huge change for me because I lived on pasta...like dinner was a whole box of pasta. So many good ideas coming from seeing what everyone else is eating. I'm getting real tired of eating chicken salad for lunch every day. Lol
