So I work afternoon shift.. My supper time is 20:30.. I'm off work at 00:30 and in bed by 03:00.. So you're saying I'm doomed cause I ate after 19:00?? Sheesh.... lol

I drink their regular coffee, but I dont add dairy or sugar to mine.. Just straight up!! And I stay away from their mocha chocha gijjy goo goo coffees.. Just full of empty calories and carbs.. But they are delish...lol

Sorry, lower in carbs than a regular potato, as well as fewer calories.. So I consider them a better carb than regular potatoes. Potato, potahto. Annnnnd discuss.................................

When I was a pack a day smoker I heaved everytime I worked out and after. It does go away but you should still go see a doctor to get a professional medical opinion of this nature..

I tend to have sweet potato instead of a regular potato.. It's a better carb.. ;)

Pack a few fresh veggies, water and maybe a protein bar as well incase you get really hungry.. But for a 4 hour trip the veggies and water should hold you over!!! Safe travels!!! :smile:

I look forward to my rest days but seldom seem to actually rest.. Especially now that the warm weather is here I find myself out puttering in the backyard, garden and garage all day long..lol. Just no gym on rest day!!! :smile:

I used to think that cardio was boring.. Then I got a Bowflex Maxtrainer, and it's no longer boring.. It's down right exhausting and epic.. Now I look forward to my time on it.. Finally a cardio machine that doesn't hold clothes!!! lol

For me it's mornings. I wake up around 9 or 10, workout at 11 then go to work at 3.. Works for me and my schedule with working the afternoon shift..

When I go away for a few days.. Especially when I travel to Montreal.. The food is sooo good..... But when I get home I'm right back to eating right and working out... So it almost balances out..lol

Fitting into my size 34 jeans where I can tuck in my shirt, have a belt on and not be spilling over it.. I have and fit in the 34's.. Just need to crush the last ones!! :)
