I use fresh herbs and chili peppers for more flavor... Seems to work..

Make sure you're drinking enough water. I did the low carb diet and sometimes found my body hit a lull and had to change something in order to re-kickstart my weight loss.. It will happen. You just need to be patient. :)

Pizza is my one weakness so I don't mind the extra calories.. I only eat it once a week as my cheat meal... So I order it in.. lol

Try not to focus so much on the scale. Your clothes always tell the best story... :)

Everyone likes getting attention.. Be proud of what you accomplish, and sometimes you just gotta flaunt it!!! I love it when I get dressed up in a nice suit and head out to dinner or a function.. Makes ya feel good about yourself!!! :smile: (I feel kinda James Bond-ish) lol

I prefer to fast and eat when my workout is done.. I find that when I eat prior I feel sluggish and don't push as hard.. So black coffee and water in the morning before workout..

I'm still partial to Fitbit.. I've had good luck with them and I'll probably stick with them. As well, their customer service is excellent..
