You should give yourself one day of rest, but on that day go for a nice walk instead of hitting the gym...

You should look into T25. It's 25 minutes a day and it produces good results.. Requires the minimal equipment. Really all you need is a yoga mat and a resistance band for a few of the workouts.. The rest requires no equipment.. That's my 2 cents :) Good luck in your journey!!!

Off to a good start... I'm doing a little less cardio this month and upping my weight training but still getting in my 10,000 plus everyday!!

It's all put on a measuring scale before it's introduced to my plate... With my work and schedule it can be difficult to get in enough calories.. Sometimes I'm just not hungry and don't want to eat... But I'm trying to get more in.. This only started when I started the afternoon shift im on... Today's been a better day…

I think the biggest factor for me is keep my carb count to 50 grams a day or under and foods that are low in carbs generally don't carry a lot of calories in them.. Oh I eat the skin on the chicken, I try to eat the fatty stuff.. Just when I close out my log and see that all I've eaten is not a hell of a lot. I Totally agree with that right there.. Keep at it and you'll notice it sooner than you think.. Try not to focus too much on it. It's like watching a pot of cold water on the stove waiting to boil.. Watch it and it takes forever.. Your clothes will tell the best tale.. But that's MHO...
