But you know who I mean, don't you? C'mon. Help an old guy out. It's gonna bug me. *kitten* @middlehaitch That's who I'm thinking of and who I thought you meant for some reason. No offense @AnnPT77, it's just who first came to mind with @pinuplove 's comment

See, I thought she meant the "other" granny on here. And my mind is pulling a complete blank as to her username for some reason.
-
That's @pinuplove

I know I don't pay much attention to the buttons. Has to be something pretty out there before I look to see if it got reactions, but I don't think it has the intended effect.
-
Well, I got it down to the building, maybe not the actual floor.......
-
Not sure whether to hug or woo? But then woo'ing you could be taken totally wrong by my wife and your husband....
-
Oh, it's not the hugging that makes you creepy.....
-
Hug stalking, however......

Follow my plan. Last race 1/2 I was 2:45. You just need to run on ice while it is snowing :) God it was miserable
-
Even older now :)

I've drained a decent sized bottle running a half in -10C weather, so when I start doing half training (as soon as the snow is gone) I plan to wear a backpack with 1.5L in it and just get used to that. We can get to 35-40C here in the summer so I want to know I can run with the water I think I will need.

3.2 sec on average. :)

I have a problem with the 5 second rule. Actually two problems.

Ummm. Never heard of this before and can't reasonably see how the interference would happen unless something is wrong with the microwave. Try this. Put you cell phone in the microwave and shut the door. Don't turn the microwave on. Call your cell phone from another phone. If the cell phone in the microwave rings, through…

Same for both. I have more trouble going any distance on the treadmill, but the snow just won't go away. 5K is about the most I can get to on the treadmill and can do 20k outside. It's all in my head, but I hate the TM.

Anything Garmin that fits your price range, but none of them are much use for weight training.

It need's, more, comma's!
-
2 packets? I've done this as well.
-
Should be able to lose 30 lbs in that time....

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but MFP will not go below 1200 cals for women. Ever (unless it glitches). So if it thinks your maintenance is under 1200, it will give 1200. If you try to lose, it will give no less than 1200. Not many maintain at 1200 (you may be one) and MFP figures that is the minimum for healthy eating.

To see who bites? :)

Damn thing at my gym tells me I'm under 20% BF. Also one you stand on and hold in your hands. No frikken way. My home scale (Withings) says I'm 27ish and that is far more believable. Anyway, I'm pretty much ignoring the number.

I think there should have been a smiley at the end of his comment :)

I found out you can set it for a lot more than the simple run/walk program with a downloadable .fit file. http://8020endurance.com/8020-workout-library/

Thanks to all. Still not sure. :)
-
Yeah, not sure I want to know that :(
-
Use "Snow Shoeing". It's in the database.
-
Not a woman, but the only challenge I have right now is getting through this ^*@^*&(& winter. Hope it's done by April dammit.
-
I know it isn't the Galloway method, but the 8020 Endurance site has a page of workouts you can download to your Garmin (I have the 3hr). http://8020endurance.com/8020-workout-library/ These are .fit files you can load onto your watch as training apps.

I like my toys. I have a watch, a chest strap, wireless earbuds (with onboard music) and use them all. I like running with one earbud in, so I can still hear what is going on around me. I don't take my phone when I run, as it's too frikken big to carry, so my watch tracks what I've done plus I rely on it to keep my pace at…
