Diet is extremely important when you are about to gain muscles.Your muscles are made up of over 25% protein along with up to 75% water and stored glycogen (carbohydrates). So,I think it is safe to say that if you are trying to build muscle, you need to eat a few extra grams of protein to get your calories up.

First of all you need to set your goal.what you want to achieve, If your main goal is to get stronger and put on muscle, hop into a more traditional strength style routine. Honestly how you eat will account for 80-90% of your success or failure. So, with a quality diet you will lose fat and build strength in EITHER style.

Agreed!! we should keep on changing our workouts so that our body don't get habitual to it and at some point it will stop effecting our body. So keep changing your workouts to get better results.

I’m 32 years old, 6’2, 189 pounds, and about 7% body fat. My BMR should be about 2,100 calories per day. That’s how much energy my body should burn every day, excluding any physical activity. Is it enough?

You'll blow over in the wind if you don't eat something, that's so true. i actually used to eat something even after the meal still didn't get over it. Is eating is what require for gaining weight?
