Exactly. It'll take a bucket load to have that effect which will ultimately be counter productive due to it using up a good portion of your calories.

It's all in the foil. And another tip, soak it in salty water for a few hours before seasoning to cook. Plus cook it on medium heat. If you do all three things you'll fall in love with chicken. It's like an Art you perfect with every time you cook it. *Be generous with the seasoning.

I only bulk cook rice for extended periods of time. I bulk cook some meats too but that's only for 2 days maximum. I like the taste of freshly cooked food far too much.

Well done. You could just stop dieting for a while and maintain your current physique until the hunger to go at it again returns. And you get to eat more this way :smile:

You're thinking about this way too hard. Intermittent fasting can be effective with any training split. 5 days, 3 days, upper lower, push pull, or just walking 7 days a week. Find a split you like regarless of IF and run with that.

You didn't weigh or measure yourself at all? I gotta do both. Simply because I'm building a particular look. I do it sparingly though. Once a week is fine. What I don't do is weigh my food. That's extreme to me. This isn't my profession for me to be so exact to the gram.
