Stop working out. This just isn't for you. I kid. You need analyse your diet closer. It sounds like your chosen form of fuel cannot fuel you. That and/or your recovery process is not efficient as you think it is. Stress is a big factor too.

I used to believe this BS too until I started eating 2 meals a day getting around 155 - 180 g of protein daily at 205 lbs. I gained muscle.

You're restricting yourself that's why you're binging. Take all the rules you've placed around eating away and just eat when you want and what you want. Governing my food choices solely on calories as well buying into the notion of there being "diet" foods. I'm more seasoned at it these days.

Just ear whatever you can get your hands on. However gaining weight shouldn't be your goal but the looks of things. Survival should be your number one goal. Just my advice.

Useful but it's there to supplement not substitute. If your basics aren't in check eg. Good nutrition, proper workouts and recovery forget about supplements. This is just advice tho. Do whatever the *kitten* you wanna do.
