  • Challenge #3: I put ginger in a version of the Good Girl Moonshine from the Trim Healthy Mama cookbook. I was worried that that ginger would be overpowering, but it balanced nicely with all the other ingredients. It was a nice surprise to enjoy!   • Challenge 1: Complete! I did both of the Reggae Dance videos to the best of my ability! :lol: I enjoyed the second video the best. I was able to do those moves with more fluidity than the first video's moves. My daughter just stared at me like I was embarrassing her when she walked in on the end of the first video.…

  • @MissionEnforcer Challenge 3: Complete Day 5 of giving up soda complete! I've noticed that I am not getting heart burn this past week and that my body's digestive system is better for it.   • @MissionEnforcer Challenge 2: Complete I completed the Low Impact Workout for Beginners-40 minute total body beginner workout due to not having access to weights the day I wanted to complete this workout. I always enjoy the fitnessblender workouts, so this one felt good as well!
  • @MissionEnforcer Challenge 1: Complete I chose the 10.49 mile Iditarod, because I knew some of it would have to be indoors this week. Mon: 3m Tues: 3m Weds: 3m Thurs: 2.57m I completed with various ways; elliptical, stair stepper, and mostly walking indoors/outdoors. It felt good to stretch my legs this week!
