  • Thanks, Jackie! My hubby kept laughing at me today as I kept trying different exercises to max out my minutes. Finally, he's like,"Let's go for a walk." So, the challenge got my family up and moving more today too!
  • Awesome job, @MonicaA2013 !
  • So glad that your Nana is getting out of the hospital! That's awesome! My Papa just came home from hospital yesterday from a bypass surgery. It's a good weekend to be getting out of the hosptial!
  • Hope you all are working hard today to get those last minutes of the week in and completing those challenges! I worked hard this week and am proud of it! Let's finish strong! Don't forget to log those minutes! And as always, if you need help, please don't hesitate to ask! That's what we are here for! Hope everyone is…
  • Awwww, Jackie! Your grandbabies are adorable!
  • Thanks, @GrandmaJackie ! Your numbers inspire me every day to get up and move more! <3 :)
  • Thank you, @shauna30 ! :)
  • My husband sat and played video games for awhile today, and I took that time to walk around our neighborhood and get some exercise videos done. I'm so glad that I chose to stay active today instead of spending the whole day sitting on my bum playing games. We are a huge gaming family, so this was really hard for me, but…
  • Finished the last day of videos. Finally watched the challenging version and that was not what I expected! lol! Definitely can't do that one! :D
  • Hope you feel better soon!
  • Oh wait, the calorie challenge is only for five days, not 7. For some reason I had all week stuck in my head. Probably from another challenge. Then, I only have to do the radio videos one more day then! Woot! Woot! :D
  • Well, did a workout for another group and made the squats sumo to count the rest of my squats to finish the challenge! 165/140. :) One more day of the videos and staying under calories! Let's finish the week strong, Team 6!
  • 125/140 sumo squats Should finish that challenge tomorrow. I really have been enjoying the radio videos! I think I will also start adding these to my days!
  • Thank you team! Reading all your responses and messages has gotten me out of my funk over this. We are all different people with different lives! This challenge has helped me be more active than I used to be by a lot! And I am grateful for that! And for all of you! I took a rest day yesterday to get away from it…
  • Thank you, Jackie! I appreciate your kind words! <3
  • Was reading on some other team pages, not to snoop or anything, just because the new post notification on each page was bothering me. Lol! Anyways, something that caught my eye was people saying that it is impossible or dishonest to count 1000 minutes a week, and that they think people aren't distinguishing normal physical…
  • 50/140 squats
  • Wow! Gorgeous place to walk! :)
  • Squat challenge: I've decided to do 25 a day. Day 1: 25 squats completed
  • So close to the team ahead of us! About 10 minutes left to post, but regardless, we did very well this week! Great job, everyone!
  • Today is the last day to log minutes onto the spreadsheet! I've had so much fun traveling to Transylvania with y'all this week! My goal is to max out my minutes for the week  and then enjoy the day with my family. Hope y'all have an amazing Sunday!
  • Finished the steps challenge! Whew! My stairs have never seen so much action! Lol! finished all the challenges, now just need to concentrate on minutes! Go Team 6!
  • 686/770 on steps so far. I only did half of what I planned, because the day just got away from me. I plan to finish them up tomorrow.
  • It seems like a lot, but it's going up my stairs 12 times tomorrow. I know I can do it!
  • 602/770 steps. I plan on finishing the rest tomorrow.
  • Today was a very light day with active stretching to try and give my body a little bit of a break. I promise more tomorrow! Also, I have done well with the not eating after dinner challenge. Let's go team 6!
  • 336/770 steps
  • I put a post it note at the top to mark off the number of times I go up. :)
  • Well, I'm using my stairs at home which have 14 steps, so I have been counting the number of times I go up and then just multiplying that by 14 to get my step total. I don't know how those who are using a machine keep track other than actually counting. I know I would lose count especially if music was involved.
  • Lol! Nothing wrong with that! Some of my favorite people are older! :) My momma raised me to believe that getting older is a blessing!
