Thank you. I have been logging everything, even the ferraro roche I had last night for a treat. I know that journaling is an important aspect to this journey but thank you for the reminder. I have used MFP off and on for years but never had any friends to support or inspire me. I was always afraid of failing and not wanting anyone to know .I am starting again and this time I am not allowing myself to think that way. Because I realize that having support and inspiration is what is needed to help succeed.

Hi, I am fairly new to MFP. I just retired from my job and need to lose weight. I'm trying to find things to keep me busy so I stop the boredom snacking. My first goal is to lose 25lb by June (hopefully sooner). Any support or inspiration is greatly appreciated.
