I tried slimmingworld at the start of the year but I think it hindered my plan, 'the more you eat, the more you lose' ethos totally went against mfp. So I'm trying to retrain my brain and get back to tracking. I lost that same weight a couple of years ago (gained it all back :( ) but I used calories on the wrong foods…
